KARACHI – The Pakistani rupee continued to face pressure in the open market on June 23, with mixed movements observed against several major foreign currencies.
According to data from forex.pk, the US Dollar saw slight changes, with the buying rate recorded at Rs283.50 and the selling rate at Rs285.95.
The Euro (EUR) traded at Rs326.10 for buying and Rs329.10 for selling. Meanwhile, the British Pound (GBP) was being bought at Rs382.10 and sold at Rs386.10.
The Saudi Riyal (SAR) also showed minor fluctuations, trading at Rs75.60 for buying and Rs76.30 for selling.
Rates for several other currencies, including the Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Chinese Yuan (CNY), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Swiss Franc (CHF), remained largely stable compared to previous figures.
